What a Match!

Liverpool was lack-luster in the first match, even if the loss was just 1-0. Maybe it was because they were playing in Istanbul in that match. Maybe it was because they had just suffered a shocking defeat against the Wolves a few days before. At any rate, I anticipated the second leg to be similar in mood and results. Boy, was I wrong! Shame on Me for Mocking Arsenal
I admit it. I mercilessly mocked Arsenal last week for blowing a 2-0 lead and ending the match with a 2-2 draw against the Wolves. I found it to be hilarious--gotta keep the Gunners humble, after all. And now I'm having my own slice of humble pie after today's withering loss to the Wolves, 2-1. Champions League Brilliance via Szoboszlai
